HE’S SAID NOTHING.
IT’S TAKEN HIM A LONG WAY.
Created by New Zealand performer Sam Wills, Tape Face finds possibilities in
things most people wouldn’t look at twice.
Originally known as The Boy with Tape on His Face, he built a character who
could make an audience laugh without saying a word.
FROM NEW ZEALAND TO THE WORLD.
From international comedy festivals to the Royal Variety Performance, Tape
Face developed a show that didn’t need translating.
In 2016, he reached the final of America’s Got Talent, taking his particular
brand of nonsense into millions of homes.
That journey has taken him to stages around the world and a long-running Las
Vegas residency, with The Tape Face Show at MGM Grand.
Different countries. Different audiences. The same strip of tape.
THE AUDIENCE IS PART OF THE STORY.
Tape Face notices something ordinary and takes it somewhere ridiculous.
A familiar song becomes a scene. An everyday object finds another purpose. A
stranger in the audience becomes part of the story.
The character may be silent. The room rarely is.
